Who controls your data

Metric Relaybase is the controller of personal information collected through this site and in connection with our workshops. Privacy enquiries may be sent to contact@metricrelaybase.world or by post to the address listed on our contact page.

Information we collect and why

We collect the name, email address, selected workshop, optional preferred date, and message you choose to submit. For confirmed reservations, we may separately retain payment confirmation and attendance records. We use this information to answer enquiries, administer classes, provide materials, maintain transaction records, and meet legal obligations.

Do not send brokerage credentials, account numbers, government identification, balances, or unredacted statements. Any chart submitted for a private review should be anonymised.

Our legal bases, where applicable, are steps requested before entering a service agreement, performance of that agreement, compliance with law, consent for optional communications, and our legitimate interest in securing and improving workshop administration.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after twelve months. Reservation and payment records are kept for up to seven years where accounting or legal requirements apply. Teaching correspondence and submitted charts are removed within six months after a session unless a longer period is requested for follow-up. Consent records are retained while needed to demonstrate your preference.

Sharing and international transfers

We disclose information only to service providers needed for email, hosting, file storage, accounting, or workshop administration, under appropriate confidentiality and processing terms. We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process information outside the Philippines. Where data crosses borders, we use contractual and organisational safeguards intended to provide protection consistent with applicable Philippine law.

Your rights

Subject to lawful limits, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. We may verify identity before acting on a request.

Security and children

We use proportionate administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure. Workshops are intended for adults. A person under 18 should contact us only through a parent or legal guardian.
