Refund and cancellation rules for Metric Relaybase technical analysis workshops and private chart-review sessions.
Public workshops
Cancel by email at least seven calendar days before the scheduled workshop for a full refund. A cancellation received between seven days and 48 hours before the start is eligible for a 50% refund, reflecting reserved room capacity, printed materials, and preparation already completed. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
Instead of cancelling, you may request one transfer to another published date if notice reaches us at least 48 hours before the session and a seat is available. A transferred place cannot be transferred again.
Private chart reviews
A private review cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment receives a full refund. With 24–48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule once or receive a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable because the review period and chart-reading preparation have been reserved.
Where substantial pre-reading has already begun at your express request, the documented preparation portion is deducted from any otherwise eligible refund.
Metric Relaybase cancellations
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement date, we refund the full session fee. If a class is interrupted after it begins, we may offer a proportionate refund, a replacement session, or completion online depending on how much teaching was delivered. These options do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Deposits, materials, and exceptions
Custom private-group dates may require a deposit stated in the quotation. The quotation explains when that deposit becomes non-refundable after venue commitment or custom chart-packet production. Purchased third-party venue services and specially printed materials are refundable only to the extent we can recover their cost.
Documented emergencies may be considered individually. An exception is discretionary unless law requires otherwise and does not alter future bookings.
Requesting a refund
Email contact@metricrelaybase.world with the participant name, session date, and reason for cancellation. Do not send bank passwords or full card details. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, normally within ten business days after approval; banks may take longer to post them.
