Terms of Workshop Use

Acceptance

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or confirming a workshop place, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the materials or reserve a session. A reservation is formed only when Metric Relaybase confirms it in writing and any stated fee is received.

Educational scope

All workshops, chart reviews, articles, and examples are general education. They are not investment, financial, legal, tax, or brokerage advice and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any instrument. We do not know your financial circumstances. Markets involve loss, including losses beyond an initial amount where leverage is used.

Participants remain responsible for their decisions, accounts, data subscriptions, equipment, and compliance with applicable rules. Do not share account credentials or sensitive financial documents with us.

Attendance and conduct

You must provide accurate contact details, arrive on time, and use the class respectfully. Recording a session without written permission, distributing another participant’s charts, harassment, or disruptive promotion may result in removal. Our refund policy governs cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows.

Intellectual property

The website copy, workshop folios, checklists, diagrams, and original annotated examples belong to Metric Relaybase or their stated licensors. A confirmed participant receives a personal, non-transferable licence to use supplied materials for private study. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, teach from, or upload them to a shared library without written permission. Your original charts remain yours.

Availability and changes

We may correct website errors, replace examples, change an instructor, or reschedule a session when illness, venue disruption, unsafe conditions, or events outside reasonable control make delivery impracticable. We will offer the remedies described in the refund policy where applicable.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Metric Relaybase is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, market-data errors, decisions based on educational examples, or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct. Our aggregate liability for a claim connected with a paid session is limited to the fee paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution by written correspondence. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Taguig City.
